Egg-free Blueberry Muffins
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup sugar
4 tsp baking powder
1 cup milk
3 tbsp melted butter
1 cup fresh blueberries
Heat oven to 180C. Rub a 12-muffin tin with coconut oil. Combine flour, sugar and baking powder. Stir in milk and melted butter. Fold in the blueberries so they don’t burst. Fill each cup 2/3 full. Bake for 25 minutes. YOUR MOUTH WILL DIE.
